September 6th, was the date "God's favor" allowed me to be discharged from the hospital. As I was driven home, I was saddened by the nagging thought that other's on that same floor weren't experiencing the same outcome as myself. Once home, I became consumed with asking myself what the upcoming purpose of my life was to be? Because my inner voice was speaking loud and clear that there's a reason I'm still here and it must be something impactful.

I've had a few ideas come to mind like justice work in victim advocacy, or assisting wounded warriors, or teaching computer skills to the underrepresented. While, nothing definitive has settled in my soul as of yet, I know one thing's for sure - I will put my Blessed Foot Forward!
